Ellen is a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and attended meetings with Noah Hunter. She was also a single mother with a six-year-old daughter, and trying to put her life together.
Story[]
One night, at the Peach Pit After Dark, Noah listened to her problems and then took a drive with her. The two shared a connection and almost instantly began seeing each other. Being a temp worker, she felt inadequate after talking with Donna Martin, Noah's successful ex-girlfriend with her own business. Noah found her a new job, which she happily accepted, but she was easily shaken and started self-destructing after messing up one order.
After she was found passed out in her car, she called Noah from prison. She had been evicted and had nowhere to go. Noah got Ellen to go back to A.A. to have people to lean on. Ellen eventually told Noah that she would need a commitment soon, in order to protect her daughter from getting attached to him. As the series concluded, Noah was undecided between committing to Ellen and sailing around the world on a race.
