Arlene is the mother of Cindy Walsh and lives in Minnesota. She was first shown when Brenda Walsh decided to return to Minnesota for college. She drove Brenda to her dorm, along with Lindsey, and later to her old childhood home. She was always mixing up Cindy and her other daughter Paula.
