Milton Arnold is a recurring character on Beverly Hills, 90210. He is portrayed by Nicholas Pryor.

Chancellor Arnold is the Chancellor at UC University and the father of Clare Arnold. Arnold first appears conducting work on a task force, which includes Brandon Walsh and the two form a genial working relationship. Once Clare starts CU and becomes part of the gang, Chancellor Arnold visits at special occasions and gets to know Steve Sanders, as Steve and Clare begin a romance.
