Story[]
Serge was a music producer for Icon Records who wanted to produce David Silver's album. He was washed up and out of touch with the music audience of the time and wanted David to make too many changes to his music.
While David wanted to do hip-hop and rap, Serge wanted him to concentrate on softer tunes. Steve Sanders, having been fired, was asked by Donna Martin to come to the studio, and got into an argument with Serge over the direction of David's music.
When he produced the music to his boss, Curtis Bray, Curtis hated it, but Serge backpeddalled and stated that David didn't have the talent. David got into an argument with Serge and stormed out of the office.
