About[edit | edit source]
Every year since 1975, West Beverly has hosted this mother/daughter fashion show. It showcases local designers who donate clothes that can be bid on during the show to raise money for charity. The girls of the high school are encouraged to participate with their mothers.
Story[edit | edit source]
In 1990, Jackie Taylor is the chairperson for the event, presumably put together by a parental board from the school, headed by Jackie and made up of parental volunteers. The show features clothes from Sonia's California Closet, Alex Kallas, Farley and Susie's Surf Shop. The girls and their mothers model evening wear, daywear, leisure wear and bathing suits.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Although the event is annual, it is not mentioned again on the series.
